eSort is a simple MDR based conveyor sorter for medium volume or sub-sort applications of smalls packages and boxes. eSort modules can be easily adapted to existing conveyor systems or AMR networks to provide final destination sortation.
eSort communicates over ethernet with distributed control cards that connect easily to most PLC platforms and or WES systems. This connectivity and modular construction allows for flexible layouts and configurations with automated pack lines and manual or automated induction.
The eSort Diverts are designed specifically for the smalls packages in the Materials to Be Handled (MTBH) spectrum, poly bags, envelopes, jiffy packs, parcels and boxes.
The MDR Sort technology controls, tracks and accurately diverts smalls packages consistently at rates of 3,300 per hour and up to 55 units per minute.
eSort’s bi-directional divert is ideal for sort to carrier / destination requirements and a variety of other applications. Automated warehouses with enough order volume and unique shipping destinations need automated sortation to keep up with their fulfillment systems including pick, pack and ship operations that demand accuracy.
The eSort applications and designs are broad because of the modular design of the diverts. eSort modules can easily adapt to a wide variety of conveyor layouts that use Motor Driven Roller (MDR) conveyor technology.
Robotic induction to the system provides a fully automated sortation system that also integrates with AMR’s to manage both inbound product as well as sort destination takeaway (Gaylords or Totes).
Stands for Hi-Density destination sortation. The eSort offers multiple configurations for high density sort destination requirements that integrate with AMRs to manage the destination takeaway of totes or gaylords.
WES systems can easily integrate the induction Robots, eSort modules and AMRs performing the takeaway of full gaylords or totes.
Entry level sorter technology for 3PLs, Omni-channel or eCommerce fulfillment or as a sub-sort or secondary sort for high volume operations to provide increased sort density and expand sort destinations from large primary sorters.
The Patented eSort™ technology provides Plug in and Run modules that communicate to each other via Ethernet Controller cards and quick connect 24VDC power supplies for modular mobile systems.
eSort systems allow for mobile and configurable sorter layouts where space is in high demand. Ideal for 3PL modular applications that need flexible shipping and receiving docks that deal with peak demand.
Modular eSort Systems attach quickly and communicate easily with two quick connections, one for 24VDC power and the other for Ethernet. The quick connect allows control cards in each module to be recognized and automatically integrated into the system providing zone by zone tracking and control of every parcel to final sort destination confirmation.
Not all sort destinations have the SAME VOLUME!
Palletizing Buffer Designed with MDR and eSort diverts to manage large and small boxes that require palletizing prior to being staged at shipping doors. Only requiring space in front of two dock doors, the system (shown) provides an additional 28 discrete sort destinations for palletizing. This is lower volume product that needs to be palletized along with higher volume destinations that can be fluid loaded or palletized at higher volume stations.
