ABOT Automated Box Opening Technology, features the most advanced dimensional capture and box metrology to ensure precision opening of the widest range of box sizes and types prior to decant work cells. The autonomous box opening function is the central component for automating the entire receiving and replenishment process. The solution requires box recognition (scan), opening of the box and allocation sort in the correct sequence to consolidate inventory accurately and efficiently.
The DAC Robotics mixed-case depalletizing system, powered by OSARO SightWorks™ Perception. This modular work cell installs in hours and can be easily relocated and re-deployed.
The system can depalletize the most difficult mixed-case pallets at a rate of up to 550 boxes per hour.
The Mixed Case Depalletizing system manages induction to the ABOT box opener and the Automated Decant cell to provide a complete receiving and replenishment solution.
